Zambezi River House, 2017

Zambezi River House, Livingstone, Zambia

is a commission by a private client for a country house half an hour upstream from the great Victoria Falls. The outer walls are made entirely from rammed earth. The shape of a kringle derives from the clients with to have as many rooms facing the Zambezi and Zimbabwe - while having part of the program wrap around a central courtyard.
